MAO POUF
It is a simple ottoman reminiscent the cat snout.
Made from one piece of leather shoulder and folded as an origami, it can be in full-grain leather or in frosted leather. Mao gained honourable mention at the Young&Design contest, Milan, in 2011.
Made from one piece of leather shoulder folded as an origami which is fixed in shape by two zippers. Inside, there are a fabric bag, filled with polystyrene little balls, and a multilayer wooden board which is secured by specific screws acting as feet. Mao is sold already assembled but it can be dissembled and reassembled. Made of full-grain leather, frosted leather for contract.

DESIGNER VIOLA TONUCCI
BORN: Pesaro, 1980
Studied graphic design at the “Scuola del Libro” of Urbino and graduated at the European Institute of Design in Milano in Jewelery design.
Since 2003 she works for Tonuccidesign, collaborating at the creation and development of projects and concepts of special events for companies, art direction, industrial design, exhibitions, renovations and interior design.
In 2011 Viola participates at the Young & Design competition and receives a special mention for the Mao ottoman, currently produced by Manifestodesign.
