Tucurinca Tres
TUCURINCA TRES
Chairs typically found on small villages in rura areas, handwoven by the people. Creating a tradition that have evolved from native ancestry.
The circle shaped Tucurinca chair is inspired by a classic chair of the Caribbean. With an innate classic feeling, this design is present in most of the Caribbean; from the Dutch Islands, to Cuba, México and Colombia.
It was our decision to give rebirth to this design and name it after Tucurinca, a Village at the Banana region of Magda - lena.
The model is now a classic in Colombian and now referred as the Tucurinca chair; our flagship model.
The Tucurinca Tres evokes aspects of the Acapulco chair, keeping the shape and aesthetics of our Tucurinca model.
