UMBRA uses the TANGRAM frame made of delicate steel wire and differs from it by a larger, cantilevered table top in square or round shape.
UMBRA works ideal as a single coffee table. It can also be used as a prominently placed element in the context of a TANGRAM arrangement, sharing the same square footprint.

SPECIFICATION
- The MDF (medium density fibreboard) used in this product is 70% PEFC certified.
- The structural steel used is from European production, grade according to EN 10027: S235JR+AR, WNr. 1.0038.
- Coloured and clear lacquers used on wood and composite materials are matt, lightfast, water-thinnable and based on an acrylic binder. This surface treatment fulfils: DIN 68861/1B (chemical exposure of furniture surfaces), EN 71-3 (migration of soluble heavy metals), DIN 53160 (part 1 and 2 saliva and perspiration fastness).
- Polyester resin-based powder-coatings on metal parts are solventfree and do not contain heavy metals (REACH and RoHS compliant). The recovery rate of excess powder is 99%.
