The appearance and quality of the goods should be checked by the buyer upon receipt of goods. Claims for hidden defects are accepted within 5 working days after receiving the goods. The warranty is 5 years years from the date of shipment to the consumer, subject to the operating conditions. The service life is 10 years. In case of a failure during the warranty, subject to the rules of operation, the consumer has the right to make a claim in the prescribed manner.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Installation, troubleshooting and cleaning of luminaires is carried out, when the power supply is switched off only. It is not allowed to operate luminaires with damaged insulation of wires and connection points. Installation and connection work should be carried out by qualified specialists, who have access to electrical work only.
