The Goggle bike rack is characterised by galvanised hoops fastened to horizontal bars.

The hoops are constructed from pairs of circular metal sized to hold a bicycle wheel. A range of single-sided and double-sided rack alternatives are available, making Goggle a uniquely versatile system.

The hoops can be attached to a base plate, a single bar, a double-sided rack or secured to a purpose-built structure for a decorative effect. The ground-mounted single-sided version is also available with a wooden standing-seat along the top.

-Oiled Mahogany : Oiled mahogany should be oiled two times a year.
-Powdercoated steel : Products that are powder-coated can be touch-up painted with alkyd paint.
-Hor dip galvanized steel : Hot-dip galvanized can be touch-up painted with so-called "cold galvanizing".

ASSEMBLY AND PLACEMENT

-Mounted to Wall : Bolted in place to stand/wall bracket. Bolts for walls not included.
-Surface Mount :Can be bolted above ground, to the floor or to a cast-in-place foundation. Bolts not included.

VERSIONS

-Available in single or double-sided versions, wall-mounted or topped with a wooden standing-seat. An extended wheel-holder with space for several locks is available. -Goggle bike racks are standard models. If you would like to combine several units to create an extended length, select the Ö03-49M model tubes for ground installation. -Please contact Nola for suggestions and advice if you would like to combine several units to create a unique configuration for a site.

MATERIAL AND SURFACE TREATMENTS

HOT-DIP GALVANIZED

Hot-dip galvanizing provides very strong protection against corrosion. The steel is dipped into a bath of hot liquid zinc. The zinc attaches and creates a surface coating on the steel part, which is then taken out of the bath and drained of excess zinc.

STEEL

Nola uses high-quality steel with good strength in our products. Steel rusts if left untreated and must therefore be surface treated.

WOOD OIL

Wood oil provides good protection against the stresses of the outdoor climate and at the same time highlights the wood's natural appearance and properties.

ELECTROGALVANIZED

Electrogalvanizing (also known as zinc plating) provides corrosion protection through the sacrifice of zinc ions. It is created via a zinc coating on the steel using an electric current.

MAHOGANY - FSC-CERTIFIED

FSC-marked mahogany is a wood with good durability in the outdoor environment. In addition, it retains its color tone better than, for example, oak and teak. Mahogany lives and moves, sometimes more than teak.

POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, powder coating is usually applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The result is an even, hard-wearing coloured surface with the desired gloss level.
