MATERIAL
The chair is composed of a steel frame embedded in molded soft polyeurothane foam. Two different densities create the soft yet firm comfort. The thick seat upholstery offers great comfort without losing visual elegance while the rounded back and the piping

REPAIR, DISPOSAL AND REUSE
In the case of disposal, the chair can be disassembled into two parts (shell and legs) for recycling, special handling and repair. The shell requires special handling because of the embedded veneer and steel frame. After separating foam and steel, both items can be recycled. The wooden legs can be recycled. Check local regulations for recycling options and whether there is potential for reuse.

Lars Holme Larsen, Bjarke Ingels and Jens Martin Skibsted had collaborated on and off for several years before founding KiBiSi in 2009.
