The successful, highly sound-absorbing Wave acoustic series offers a variety of room partitioning elements with which individual room areas or workstations can be visually separated and acoustically screened.
The Paravent Wave system from HEY-SIGN consists of a wool felt panel arranged in waves on a black metal frame. Outstanding acoustic values are the natural consequence of this excellent design.
Three heights and two widths are available. The system can be flexibly extended with further elements of the same height.
Numerous colour options as well as various other room objects in the Welle design are available for more comprehensive concepts.
In addition to its special feel, wool felt has many special properties. It is sound-absorbent, dirt-repellent due to the high fat content of the wool, breathable and improves the room climate.
Its effect as a natural filter comes into its own in this object. Pollutants and unpleasant odours are absorbed naturally. All products of the Welle series are excellently suited for office and private rooms.

MATERIAL PROPERTIES
Wool felt is permeable to air, shape-retaining, insulates against cold and heat, is flame resistant, sound-absorbing and improves the indoor climate. Due to the natural wool fat, the surface repels dirt and prevents the infiltration of liquids to the greatest extent.

ENVIRONMENT
Wool felt consists of a renewable raw material, 100% pure new wool, does not contain formaldehyde, it is free from volatile organic compounds, does not contain any chemical irritants, it is 100% biodegradable and is free from hazardous substances acc. to REACH. Our wool felt is certified acc. to Oekotex-Standard 100 and was honoured with the Woolmark label due to its high quality. The metal framework is fully recyclable.

The room divider system Wave of HEY-SIGN consists of a wool felt length set in waves on a black metal framework. Excellent acoustic values are the natural consequence of this awarded design. Three heights and two widths are at your disposal.
The system can flexibly get extended by further elements of the same height. Various colour options as well as further space objects of the design Wave are available for substantial concepts
CHARACTERISTICS
As a self-renewable resource, wool in all its characteristics is subject to natural variabilities. In spite of all care during the manufacturing process, it might be possible that the felt may contain vegetal enclosures or variations in the surface which might appear as minor roughness, blends or unevenness. This is not a reason for complaint but underlines the naturalness of the material wool felt. Coloured wool felts of different production units may slightly differ despite the same colouring and thickness because any wool lot takes the same colour diffe- rently. If equality of colour is required, it is essential to have the complete quantity from the same production unit. Wool felts of the same colour but of different thicknesses will differ a bit. This should be taken into account when combining different material thicknesses.
COLOURS
CARE
Wool felt is a valuable, sustainable and durable material. Wool felt from HEY-SIGN is made of 100% pure new wool without any chemical additives or recycled textiles, which is documented by the well-known wool seal. Concerning care and cleaning wool felt is an uncomplicated material. The content of natural wool fat and the density of the material prevent a rapid penetration of dirt.
ALL COLORS
Due to lighting conditions during product photography and different screen settings, the colour of the product may not be authentically reproduced. Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from the actual product. Minor changes and slight inclusions of natural fibres on the surface are proof of the 100% natural origin of the material. On request we are happy to offer our wool felt colour reference chart free of charge.
The small material samples are approx. 2x4 cm, 2mm thick and serve as a colour and quCality sample. Our wool felt is available in over 40 colours and four thicknesses. Our felt is made from 100% pure new wool.
