Bolt is maybe the most iconic stool of the collection.
Its unique silhouette is highly recognizable with his 4 solid logs elegantly held by a contrasting metal ring.
Bolt is a paradoxe: brutal and very refined at the same time. The stool is also surprisingly comfortable, it is a sculpture for daily use.

FROM A SCULPTURAL PIECE TO A COMFORTABLE STOOL
Bolt was originally part of the ‘Marginal notes’ exhibition held by Note design studio collective as a creative stunt in 2010. The concept of the exhibition was to produce in real life the doodles and ‘marginal notes’ that the members of the creative collective had in their notebooks, however crazy they might be. A year later, the stool would win the prestigious Wallpaper design award.

ORANGE SHINY PAINTED STEEL, LAZER BLUE & Copper
Composition : Solid steel - shiny finish., Copper Anodizing - Shiny finish.
BLACK STAINED SOLID ASH & NATURAL SOLID MAPLE
- Composition : Solid wood - Matt finish.
- Certifications : Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification.
Maintenance : Always use a soft cloth and rub lightly. Never apply any solvents. A change in the wood colour is a normal reaction if there is a long exposure to the sun. Solid wood is a natural material and it is sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Please do not expose solid wood products to excessive heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces. Any sudden change in temperature and/or humidity can cause natural cracks in the material.
