Tudor, which name recalls British atmospheres, is a collection of upholstered items with a timeless rigour and style; in fact the perfect connection of classicism of the shapes structured and elegant and the contemporary design oriented to the maximum comfort, obtained thanks to a reassessment in contemporary key of the capitonné production..
The wide dimension of the diamond shapes, the soft upholstery and the lower stretching of the cover, allow a more confort to the sofa, away from the traditional stiffness typical of the same models of the past.
The shapes are lightened thanks to the the linear shape, while the particular manufacturing of the back produces an effect of more depth of the surfaces and gives elegance the product.
Tudor becomes not only an furniture item of extreme beauty and comfort but also a product of big scenic impact, protagonist and heart of the whole relax area of the house.
The collection composed by sofas, armchair and ottomans, are handicraft made according to the traditional capitonné production.

ALESSANDRO DUBINI
Alessandro Dubini is an Italian architect and designer. He studied architecture and design in Milan (Italy), and afterwards obtained a degree in Engineering – section Architecture in Fribourg (Switzerland).
He opened his studio in 2000, in Como (Italy). Since 2004, Alessandro Dubini lives and works in Monte-Carlo (Principality of Monaco).

Functionalism is not enough for Alessandro, he needs to create emotions and this is why his works are probably best described as sculptural furniture.
Curious, challenging and inventive, his work ranges from design to architecture, from art direction and concept design to art installations and advertising campaigns.

In solid poplar heartwood ("naturally" seasoned for at least 3 years) with connecting elements in poplar plywood; dap joints with cylindrical dowels. The webbing is secured by elastic polypropylene and natural latex belts. The framework is uphol-stered with contoured sheets of resilient, CFC-free polyurethane foam with density of 30 kg/m3.
