BATH-A LED is the new version of the classic BATH-A with its unmistakable tubular opal shade, but now incorporating a high luminous efficiency LED strip, which replaces the old fluorescent lamp forever.
BATH-A LED is one of our best-selling collections, and what we love about it is its simple stroke and discreet presence. We think it is fantastic for spaces where powerful lighting is required, as well as neutrality and moderation in the design.
This luminaire allows infinite possibilities and is ideal to be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, corridors, ladder landings, elevators or in large facilities such as schools, libraries, hotels or health centers.
The collection comes in two applications that, in reality, in practice are three: one that serves both as a ceiling lamp and as a wall lamp, and another in a suspension version. The cylindrical shade is made of opal polycarbonate and is available in four lengths: 60, 90 and 120cm.

ORIOL LLAHONA
(Barcelona, 1977)
Study Industrial Design in Barcelona, Germany and the United Kingdom. She graduated in 1999 and obtained her postgraduate degree in 2004.
IAfter working in various companies and design studios, in 2004 he created his own project called “Llahona Design Studio” in which he developed his cosmopolitan, contemporary and positive vision of design, the search for the essence and emotions in our lives.
In 2012 he was called to join Philips, designing original luminaires and assuming Creative Direction. He is currently working on several projects in Europe, America and Asia including lighting, furniture and consumer electronics designs.
For ALMA LIGHT he has developed luminaires that have already become classics, such as the BATH, BIG BROTHER, CAPITONÉ, MADAME, NOTE, PROFILE, SPIKE and SUIT collections.
Oriol Llahona is a born, curious and open-minded designer. His style is a mix of searching for new materials and technologies with a serene and refined sense of forms. His designs cover areas as diverse as lighting, packaging, product design, restaurant spaces, and furniture. Many of his creations have been exhibited in salons in Italy, Germany and Japan and have been selected for various publications on international design.

DETAIL
The cylindrical shade is made of opal polycarbonate and is available in four lengths: 60, 90 and 120cm. The structure is made of painted epoxy iron in two finishes to choose from: white and silver. The light source is an integrated longitudinal 2700K LED strip, dimmable by TRIAC without the need for a driver, since it goes directly to 220V. These LED strips have a different power and light output adapted in each case to the length of the luminaire.
