CLEANING
To clean on a regular basis wipe the surface with a damp cloth before removing any moisture with a dry cloth. Wipe off anything that will stain straight away, eg red wine, balsamic vinegar, oil, tea, coffee, alcohol, etc. In the event of severe spillages and stains the surface can be lightly re-sanded and re-oiled - please talk to us or a professional furniture restorer before doing so.

UPHOLSTERY
Our furniture pieces are covered using only hardwearing, sustainably sourced wool produced as a by-product from healthy, free range and pasture fed sheep by Yorkshire-based mill, Abraham Moon & Son. Renewable, biodegradable and recyclable.

Tom Raffield packaging is 100% plastic free. Sustainably sourced cardboard is, and has always been, used to package goods ready for dispatch as well as recycled papers, labels and bespoke-made packaging by local Cornish company, Flexi-hex, all of which is widely recyclable and compostable.
