WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year under normal conditions of use. ZHED furniture is designed and manufactured in Burgundy, in an artisanal manner. Irregular appearances due to the material itself or the manual processing of the metal such as bending or welding which may appear do not constitute a defect.
Defects and damage to the products delivered following abnormal conditions of unpacking, assembly, use, maintenance or storage at the customer's premises, particularly in the event of an accident of any nature whatsoever, cannot be opened. right to the guarantee owed by our company. Furniture maintenance
CLEANING TIPS
To clean your ZHED furniture, use a soft microfiber cloth and clean or soapy water without detergent. Then wipe it carefully to avoid traces of limescale.
In case of stubborn dirt, use an alcoholic window cleaner. Do not use detergent or solvents, never scrub with an abrasive or metallic sponge and do not use high-pressure equipment.
UNPACKING
When unpacking your ZHED furniture, take care not to damage it (cutter, staples, furniture placed directly on the floor without glides, etc.).
MAINTENANCE TIPS
To preserve the paint on your ZHED furniture, do not cover it with a tarpaulin or oilcloth that can retain water and humidity. To avoid the appearance of rust, particularly on your outdoor furniture, do not leave stagnant water by tilting it using wedges. Quickly clean bird droppings, which are very aggressive for the paint of your furniture. In winter, bring your furniture into a dry and ventilated place.
For furniture intended for use on the seafront, we strongly recommend our aluminum products, which are more resistant to the salty environment. To ensure the protection of feet and floors, our furniture is delivered with glides. In the event of loss or wear, we advise you to order new skates from your retailer. In the event of a deep scratch exposing the steel, intervene quickly by applying a rust stopper and then touch up the color using a spray paint of the same reference as your furniture.
