In collaboration with designer Khodi Feiz, Abstracta takes a new approach to acoustic lighting — one that aims to create a peaceful atmosphere.
The result is Vika, a sculptural floor screen that radiates atmospheric light while managing both low-frequency and high-frequency noise.

LUMINAIRE
Its lighting consists of 12V plastic LED tubes, 150 cm in length, with an output of 14.4 W/m and a Dali available on request. 3 m wire, 3 m electric cable.
LUMINAIRE PROVIDES
Vika ceiling-mounted acoustic luminaire provides effective lighting over desks and meeting tables, for example.
RECYCLED PET
The acoustic lamp consists of a soft, sound-absorbing core, partly made of recycled PET bottles, and is covered with Texfel fabric.

DESIGNER - KHODI FEIZ
Born in 1963, influential designer Khodi Feiz lives and works in Amsterdam. His manifold design portfolio ranges from furniture and acoustic pieces to home electronics and household items. Vika is his first product for Abstracta. Feiz also collaborates with Alessi, Logitech, Philips, Artifort, and Swedese. His design expression is organic, simple, tactile, and human. His works have a fundamentally friendly quality that catches your eye and makes you want to reach out and touch them.

EASY TO ADJUST
The luminaire is easy to adjust in height by means of two included 3-metre wires and a wire lock.
WING SHAPE
Vika’s wing shape is as simple as it is ingenious. It dampens low- and high-frequency sounds and radiates an atmospheric light.
SCREEN COLOURS
Vika is available in a range of select screen colours. Lighter colours provide brighter light, while darker colours provide more subdued lighting.
