The Kubrick armchair, designed by Marc Sadler for Serralunga.
"Elegant, sporty contemporary furniture, ""Kubrick"" adapts easily to any type of environment, thanks to the contrast created between it's classic style and diversity of the materials used.
Conceived as both outdoor design and indoor design, it transforms versatility into a fundamental concept.
Also available in a rocking version, for the swimming pool and illuminated sofas.
DESIGNER
MARC SADLER
French citizen born in Austria, Marc Sadler has lived and worked in France, North America, Asia and Italy.
One of the first graduates in “esthétique industrielle” at the ENSAD in Paris with a thesis on plastics, he was a pioneer in experimentation on the different materials and contamination between technologies, which have become distinctive aspects of his work.
At the beginning of the seventies, he’s perfected the first ski-boot in thermoplastic material completely recyclable, subsequently commercialized by the Italian firm Caber. Today, thanks to his eclecticism, he’s a consultant for a wide range of industry companies.
Awarded 4 times with the Compasso d’Oro by ADI, the Industrial Design Association, (1994, 2001, 2008 e 2014) his work has won many international design awards over the years.

CARE INTRUCTIONS
To remove dust and dirt from the product's surfaces, periodically clean with a damp cloth soaked in a common detergent or soap and rinsed with water. Products with a lacquered finish are more sensitive to scratches; therefore, use a polishing detergent and gently wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals. Avoid ethanol or any liquid containing, even in small quantities, acetone, trichloroethylene, and ammonia (solvents in general).
