Serralunga Cassero Small is a modern concrete-effect planter that combines architectural aesthetics with material innovation.
Designed by Patricia Urquiola, it draws inspiration from construction molds, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
Cassero Small transforms a simple planter into a refined design element, capable of enhancing both indoor and outdoor spaces with its sculptural and tactile presence.
DESIGNER
PATRICIA URQUIOLA
Patricia Urquiola was born in Oviedo (Spain) in 1961.
She lives and works in Milan. She attended the University of Architecture at Madrid Polytechnic as well as Milan Polytechnic, where she graduated in 1989 with Achille Castiglioni.
She creates design products for the most important Italian and international companies, such as: Agape, Alessi, Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Baccarat, Boffi, Budri, Cassina, De Padova, Driade, Ferragamo, Flos, Gan, Georg Jensen, Glas Italia, Haworth, Kartell, Kettal, Kvadrat, Listone, Giordano, Louis Vuitton, Molteni, Moroso, Mutina, Rosenthal and Verywood.
Some of her work is displayed in various museums and collections, such as MoMA in New York, Musée des Arts decoratifs in Paris, the Museum of Design in Zurich, the Vitra Design Museum in Basel, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Stedelijk in Amsterdam and the Triennale Museum in Milan.

CARE INTRUCTIONS
To remove dust and dirt from the surfaces of the product you will need to periodically clean with a damp cloth soaked in common detergent or soap and rinsed with water. The products with a lacquered finish are more sensitive to scratches; for this reason use a polish cleaner, gently cleaning with a soft tissue. Avoid the use of heavy chemicals. Avoid the use of ethanol or any liquid containing, even in small amounts, acetone, trichloroethylene and ammonia (solvents in general).
