Pedrali’s R&D department deals with design and the industrialization of products.
Professional product designers, in a team headed by Giuseppe Pedrali, develop their design concepts based on a blend of heritage, technical know-how and creativity.
Working in close collaboration with the production and quality departments, products are developed from rigorous and meticulous research.
The result is a line of functional, versatile industrial products in metal, plastic, wood and upholstery, but also in combination with each other.
The process combines tradition and innovation, engineering excellence and creative ingenuity.
Looking to the future, Pedrali’s R&D department keeps the company one step ahead, analysing the reference market in line with the latest interior design trends while seeking new inspiration to expand the brand’s collections and improve its line of existing products.

MATERIALS CARE
STAINLESS STEEL
The surfaces of the solid laminate top should be kept as dry as possible. For daily maintenance, use a moist microfibre cloth to remove dust residues. Denatured alcohol can be used. For any stains use a non-abrasive melamine sponge with a non-abrasive neutral detergent or household degreaser and wipe with gentle circular movements, rinse with lukewarm water and finally dry with a cloth or paper towels.
Avoid the use of products containing abrasive substances, abrasive sponges, sandpaper and scouring pads. Avoid products with a highly acid or alkaline content and waxes. Avoid the direct use of sharp or pointed tools.
WOOD
Clean using a microfibre cloth slightly dampened with water. Adding mild household detergents to the water is recommended. Always wipe it dry after cleaning. Avoid using aggressive detergents containing ammonia, alcohol, softeners or abrasive cleaners. Promptly remove any liquids or other residues to avoid absorption and formation of permanent stains.
For proper maintenance, it is recommended to apply a specific furniture care product once or twice a year, after cleaning the surfaces according to the usage instructions. However, some of these products, if used repeatedly and under certain conditions, may penetrate the varnish layer, causing undesirable stains. Excessive and uncontrolled use is not advised.
