The bookcase Albero is born from a creation of Isao Hosoe, a historical example of design that stands out for the natural design and the clean shapes.
It is a free-standing designer bookcase that can also be used as magazine rack, with glass rotating base on steel ball bearings.
The bookcase Albero can be placed in living rooms or studios: because of its glass composition it donates refinement and elegance to any environment and allows to optimally store books and magazines.

ISAO HOSOE STUDIO
The future designer Isao Hosoe was born in Tokyo in 1942.
In 1965, he designed his first pedal airplane as the project for his degree in Aerospace Engineering at Tokyo’s Nihon University, which was followed by his Masters.
He came to Italy in 1967 and began his design experience with the architect Alberto Rosselli of the Studio Ponti-Fornaroli-Rosselli.
Following a number of professional experiences in 1985 he founded Isao Hosoe Design. To date he has won a number of international prizes with his designs in the fields of transport, office furniture, product design, telecommunications, electronic and household furnishing.
He has had several personal and collective exhibitions both in Italy and abroad. He was a lecturer in Design at Milan’s Polytech, at Domus Academy, at Isia in Florence, at the University of Siena, at the Design Institute in Cagliari (Sardinia) and visiting Professor abroad.
