Bench made of solid wood, featuring a seat composed of edge-glued staves and iron legs. The seat and backrest are fitted with large cushions upholstered in leather or fabric, with visible stitching, available in two different styles.

CENGIZ CIVAN
Born in 1975 in Haan, Germany, to a Turkish immigrant worker, Cengiz Civan found his path in the furniture and design industry—taking detours and without formal training.
An unbearable, rebellious student, uninterested and misguided, Civan abandoned his professional education and, by chance, began selling plaster sculptures, soon creating his own collection.
He also effortlessly ventured into the jewelry industry. Over the years, he expanded his design, sales, and production of gold jewelry.
By coincidence, Civan transitioned into the furniture sector, gradually allowing his jewelry business to fade. After taking over an insolvent furniture showroom, the self-taught entrepreneur set his primary goal.
With no capital but armed with perseverance and a sharp ability to interpret consumer desires, Cengiz Civan founded one of the most renowned companies in the industry.
His ability to create something from nothing, combined with his deep experience in understanding customer and market expectations, along with his courage to explore new ideas, transformed his business expertise into creative work.
With his first design, the Sequoia Bench, he created a dining table sofa—reinventing a traditional and comfortable concept that had never been explored before.
