Gathering around a dining table, either with family or with friends, has always been steeped in happy memories and what the Expand Dining Table from the award-winning Sami Kallio was designed for.
With its curved apron and slightly angled legs, this timeless dining table exploits the beautiful capabilities of traditionally handcrafted solid oak, giving this age old essential a feeling of lightness as well as a soft modern expression.
Available in four sizes; two rectangular and two round, all Expand dining tables have a super smooth extension system inbuilt so they can be enlarged by up to 100cm to accommodate extra guests. Choose from either a light oiled or smoked oak.

Born in Finland, but based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Sami Kallio is an award-winning furniture designer and interior architect.
Sami’s work is a deeply rooted mix of traditional craftsmanship and modern manufacturing.
His designs, while contemporary in style, still carry a strong reference to the past.
Everything Sami designs can be characterised by their clean lines, pure forms, and unblemished surfaces, and typically combine natural materials with the manmade.
Sami has an instinctive skill when it comes to woodworking and this natural talent for compression moulding and woodturning sets him apart.
