- Made of polyolefin material, to obtain a soft texture and good touch.
- Synthetic fabric made of plastic coated polyester. UV resistance (class. 7/8).
- 100% solution dyed acrlic, UV resistance (class.7/8) with stain and water repellent finish.
- Resistant to dirt as it does not penetrate inside, and by its nature is inert, non-toxic and does not absorb odors.

Expanded polyurethane foam, 3 layers :

VINYTEX FABRIC
-It is recommended to clean it with a water humid sponge or cloth and a little bit of neutral soap, diluted in large quantity of water. -If this doesn’t work, use a soft brush instead of a cloth to rub the stain. -Be careful and do not use hard chemicals products that can affect the fibers.
POLYOLEFIN FABRIC
-To avoid general soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust is recommended. -Clean the surface regularly with warm water and neutral soap. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. -The fabric can be washed at low temperature (-30°C -90°F ) with warm water and mild soap
ACRYLIC FABRIC
-For optimal cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a damp sponge or cloth using a neutral soap diluted in water. -Should stubborn stains persist, employ a soft brush to gently agitate the affected area instead of a cloth.

POLYOLEFIN FABRICS
Polyolefin fabric is crafted from synthetic fibers derived from long-chain polymeric compounds. Produced

Its Standout feature lies in its resistance against stains, mildew, and sun damage, while also providing comfort And excellent coverage. Due to its polyolefin nature, the fabric repels dirt effectively, preventing penetration And ensuring cleanliness.
VINYTEX FABRICS
Vinytex is a generic term for a woven, open-mesh fabric made from a vinyl coated, high strength polyester yarn. Combines a textile appearance with the extreme weather resistant properties ensuring lasting colour with no sag effect.
This fabric is hard wearing, wipeable, quick-drying and resistant to fading, mildew and wear & tear under even the most severe weather conditions.
ALUMINUM FRAME PAINTING COLOR
Aluminum is an environmental friendly, light and tough metal with an excellent strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal material for outdoor furniture.
By powder coating we give to the aluminum an advanced method of applying protective, resistance to chemicals, corrosion, UV weathering and decorative coating. Choose your Bivaq furniture finish among all these painting colors.
ACRYLIC FABRICS
The acrylic fabrics that Bivaq uses in its collections are manufactured with solution dyed acrylic fi ber, a process which adds the pigments before the fibers are extruded, this allows the color to be mixed into the solution thoroughly, bringing the color all the way through the fiber once it is extruded, creating a colorfast fabric much stronger than that obtained by dyeing the thread. As a result, we have a fabric that is less vulnerable to UV radiation and the guarantee that its colors will remain permanent and bright for many years.
