The unopiù high fiberstone stool (37 × 41 × 46 cm), designed by Andrea steidl, interprets outdoor design furniture through a contemporary, elegant and strongly material-driven language.
Available in the refined shades of chocolate and dove, it is conceived for those who wish to enhance their garden furniture with an iconic, functional and long-lasting element.

ANDREA STEIDL
Andrea steidl graduated in industrial design at the polytechnic of Milan with a thesis on “Gratuitousness” which he achieved in 2005.
Moving to Milan he entered Patricia urquiola's studio where he assumed the role of head of design.
In 2016 he designed his first personal project and subsequently co-founded \ar-o\ studio with raquel pacchini with whom he deal with product design, interior design, strategic consultancy and art direction projects.
He considers design an act of discovery that renews itself, continually changing the point of view, trying to introduce languages and functions that create an assonance between different fields in a new aesthetic and use synthesis. He develops projects through a dialogue of use and function, materials and forms.
Actually he has designed for many Italian and international brands whose products have been published in several international magazines including wallpaper, elle decor, ideat, to name a few and won the archiproducts design award in 2019, 2023, 2024 and 2025 as the elle decor China best of 2024, the good design award, the if design award and the red dot design award. He has always had particular attention to design training and has dedicated himself to it in recent years through holding courses at the polytechnic of Milan, domus academy and naba.

FIBERSTONE CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To preserve the stool’s aesthetic and structural qualities over time:
- For daily cleaning, use a neutral liquid detergent or mild soap with water.
- Apply with a soft-bristle brush, using gentle movements to protect the sealant.
- Avoid citrus-based detergents, aggressive solvents, bleach, ammonia or industrial products.
- Fiberstone may be damaged if exposed to standing water or mud in temperatures below freezing.
A DESIGN PROJECT BETWEEN FORM, FUNCTION AND MATERIAL
Andrea Steidl’s project is rooted in careful research into the balance between geometry and material. The stool stands out for its measured sculptural presence, able to dialogue naturally with side tables, low tables and outdoor seating without ever appearing intrusive. Its compact proportions and carefully studied height make it ideal both as an informal seat and as a versatile outdoor accessory.
The design enhances surface and form through an essential yet expressive construction, transforming a functional object into a true piece of outdoor design, fully aligned with the refined language of Unopiù collections.
GARDEN
In the garden, the Fiberstone stool becomes a flexible seat next to high tables or outdoor lounge areas. It can be used individually or in pairs, creating refined and functional points of support.
POOLSIDE
By the pool, the resistance of Fiberstone and the stability of the structure make it ideal for everyday use. Perfect as a seat or as a support for accessories, it helps create an orderly and sophisticated atmosphere.
TERRACE AND ROOFTOP
On urban terraces and rooftops, the stool designed by Andrea Steidl dialogues with side tables and low tables in contemporary compositions, enhancing even compact spaces thanks to its balanced dimensions.
